Our service technicians are A+ Certified, some with over thirty years of experience, and have worked on every generation of IT equipment since 1975. We are a newly formed successor company whose employee base is derived from key corporations such as Bunker-Ramo, Allied Signal, ADP, ISC Corporation, Olivetti North America, Wang Global Getronics and ServiceSource. During the 1970s, as Bunker-Ramo Systems, we serviced a major part of the IT equipment for the major New York brokerage corporations and financial institutions, including terminals, gateways and ticker systems and point-of-sale terminals.

During the 1980’s and 1990’s our successor companies were the primary service providers for most of the largest retail banking companies in New York State. We maintained their servers, PCs and peripherals including a wide variety of laser printers, hubs, switches and routers; systems which are based on platforms such as Windows NT, 2000, 2003 Server, UNIX and Netware. We also became the primary source in the tri-state area for Hughes Network systems as satellite service provider through Olivetti North America and maintain this status today through our relationship with Worldwide TechServices (WWTS).

Beginning in 1998, we continued to maintain these large and diversified types of equipment throughout our years as ServiceSource, Inc., also participating in a major rollout of switches and routers for Cantor-Fitzgerald. In addition, as ServiceSource, through our partnership with Getronics, we were the primary service provider for the New York City Department of Education’s tremendous inventory of out-of warranty PCs, laptops and inkjet and laser printers. We provided dedicated technical personnel to maintain critical systems for Nortel, Bell Nexxia and The Axa Financial Group and supplied technical services to Getronics during the rollout of POS systems for Target and Home Depot stores. This was accomplished through a combination of on-site and depot repair services which continue to offer today.

In January 2006, we acquired the field service group and customer accounts from ServiceSource, Inc. and its successors and formed Eclipse Technology Company, LLC. As Eclipse, we are currently the primary authorized service affiliate in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania areas for Worldwide TechServices providing maintenance services for their Hughes Network Systems, Sony TV, Lexmark, IBM and Dell accounts.

Eclipse also offers services in the field of bio-medical systems. Through our partnership with CareFusion, (formally Cardinal Health), we maintain their Pyxis systems in many major health care facilities nationwide.
